I started building interfaces in industrial control rooms — environments where a confusing screen costs real money and a slow response costs more. That standard followed me to the web. Every project I take on gets the same question before anything else: is this actually working for the business?

I'm not trying to grow into an agency. I take on a small number of projects, work one-on-one with the people behind them, and build things made to hold. No account managers, no handoffs — the person you talk to is the person who does the work.

The Person Behind the Work

I have spent twenty years designing control systems, data integrations, and operational dashboards for food & beverage, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, and oil & gas operations. Those environments punish confusing interfaces and fragile systems. That is the standard I bring to every website, workflow, and digital stack I work on.

My wife and I put down roots in Hampton twenty years ago, and we are raising our two daughters here. The businesses I care most about are the small and mid-sized operations in Atlantic Canada that deserve better than underbuilt websites, rented platforms, and tools that do not talk to each other. A good digital stack is a business asset. I build them that way.
